3. Booking and Payment Terms

a. Reservations & Deposits

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment is due 24 hours before departure unless otherwise specified.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

b. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled charter will receive a refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

4. Passenger & Safety Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, guests must comply with:

• Crew instructions at all times
• No illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption
• No smoking unless permitted by the captain
• Responsible behavior to avoid damage to the vessel

Failure to follow safety rules may result in termination of the charter without a refund.

5. Liability & Indemnity

• KOS Yachts is not responsible for personal injury, lost belongings, or damages caused by passengers.
• Guests assume full responsibility for their actions and agree to indemnify KOS Yachts against any claims.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest violating policies or engaging in unsafe behavior.

6. Privacy & Communication Consent

By booking with KOS Yachts, you agree to receive service-related communications via SMS, email, or phone.
